Field Guide to the Primates of Indonesia

Authors

Jatna Supriantna

Synopsis

Today, Jatna occupies so many key leadership positions that it is difficult to keep track of them all, but he is without doubt his country’s greatest living biodiversity expert. This new book on the primates of Indonesia is a follow-up to the first edition he published with Edy Hendras Wahyono in 2000 and with Rizki Ramadhan in 2016. Needless to say, it is greatly expanded and updated, and an outstanding piece of work. This time around, it is being published in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, which means that it will have a global impact, while at the same time serving its principal role as a vital resource for the younger generation of Indonesian primatologists and conservationists.
